How do I know my business will benefit from MBCS?

MBCS has a diversified portfolio of services and expertise that include Business Development, Commercial Real Estate and Marketing services. MBCS offers support and assistance to business owners, investors and managers from start-up to well-established operations. Experienced in all types of circumstances from growth needs to problematic situations, complimentary consultation with MBCS would provide a clear understanding of your needs and how you could benefit from MBCS assistance. If you desire, an introductory 10-15 minute conversation by phone can be coordinated prior to the consultation to answer your questions and discuss your potential needs. Thereafter, an initial Complimentary Consultation should be scheduled.  

 

How do I arrange or schedule a Complimentary Consultation?

Send a message from this website or an email making the request for the initial 45-minute complimentary session. Once we make a connection we will coordinate a time and place. My preference is to meet in person at your business location or a convenient remote location, but Zoom or Facetime is available as well. Each client is limited to one complimentary session.

 

What is the purpose of a Complimentary Consultation session?

An initial 45-minute consultation is a great meeting and learning opportunity to discuss your business and review of your goals and objectives. During this session be prepared with information and questions. We should be able to conceptually formulate your needs and how MBCS can assist.

 

What is the process to engage MBCS services?

Once we mutually agree and understand the situation, goal, objective, purpose or plan of action, a Letter of Intent confirming the engagement, arrangement, terms and conditions would be prepared for your review and acknowledgment. Each client or assignment tends to be unique or specific, so the LOI serves as a reference or guidance for the assignment.

 

What areas do you provide service?

Throughout my career I have performed business and provided service in Mercer, Hunterdon, Middlsex Monmouth, Burlington and Eastern Bucks County, Pa. Having local knowledge, including the geography and demographics can be beneficial, but I have the ability to work in any area. 

 

What if my need is for commercial real estate service or representation?

My real estate license is with Segal LaBate Commercial Real Estate with the main office located in Trenton, NJ. There is a link to this website at the top of each page. Should you have the need for real estate services or representation in a lease negotiation or renewal, property or space search, a relocation, a sale or purchase of a property, or an opinion of value, where a real estate commission is to be paid, there is no cost to you for MBCS services as it relates to a real estate transaction. 

 

Do you work with other consultants?

I do. Of course I cannot have all the answers or be an expert in every aspect of business or specialized service. Fortunately, over the years I have established professional and working relationships with many reputable businesses, contractors, suppliers, vendors and specialists. Should an outside source be needed, I can propose an appropriate company or person to support our efforts to achieve your goals.

 

We are a non-profit or charitable organization is there special considerations?

Of course, I have supported many charitable and non-profit organizations in our community for the past 25 plus years. I shall continue to support these organizations through special considerations with all MBCS services. 

 

I may need marketing services, how does that work?

Inhouse Marketing Group is a subsidiary company of MBCS and provides a full line of marketing services and products. IMG’s focus is to support, enforce and generate brand awareness through custom designs, printed and promotional products, corporate gifts, apparel, and an array of printed or embroidered products. IMG’s expertise extends into the design and printing of company stationery, flyers, business cards, signs, as well as social media and website design. With an on-staff graphics designer and an experienced products/promotional person we have the ability to be responsive with personalized services.
